We are experimenting with diverse media and methods in our research studies. For instance, recognizing the mobility of vegetal geography, we have adopted “travel” as an approach to explore the “environment of plants.” This study designs local scenarios, and invites “travellers” ranging from scholars, artists, and content creators as an intimate community. Traveling allows us to re-examine our “nearby fields” from a mobile perspective and gain comparative insights through discussions and observations among our community “travellers”. We view the fresh perspectives gained from travel as catalysts for exploration, which leads us to engage in a broader range of practices.
